![]() ![]() This was in winter in Colorado in the morning. We were told that it didn’t matter what your appointment time was, you were going in the line, physical disabilities or not. When we arrived there was a line around three sides of the building. They told us we would be pulling up into the parking lot and waiting in our car until our appointment and then we would go in the building. Because my Doctors were great and the front office lady that always checked in me.ĪWFUL! Completely disorganized and zero compassion. I have been a patient with them for 4 years and the first 3 years and even during early COVID pandemic I had no issues. I feel that this one location had ruined my view. I just can not trust this location on Webber to provide me the healthcare I know I should receive. I am looking for a new provider as I do have some health issues that need to checked. They are due before or during check out process. This person then proceed to have the doctor leave and tell me I can not receive treatment as I am behind on CO-PAYMENTS. Lucky we weren't in the middle of my breast exam at the time. ![]() My last visit I was in the middle of an exam and some only knocked once and walked in with out a response with in. My co-payments are sometime collected and some times not. LAb work is a joke and backed up half the time. Still have not been called, I have spoken to the new provider and she sayd she pushed it thru again and it has not. I was suppose to be referred to another doctor for some serious issues over 7 months ago. Left a bad feeling but I went back in and I do like the new provider but building that trust and support up has been awful. I had been seeing a doctor who I very much liked and one day I called to make an appointment to find out she was gone. First the front office and Susie Cump I have no complaints.
